Easy from anywhere

Three Simple Steps

1

Send Pictures

Text or chat with clear photos of both sides of several coins, the containers, and any labels or paperwork.

2

Tell Us the Amount

Give us an approximate coin count or total weight. Tell us where you are and how you received the collection.

3

Choose the Next Step

If you are in Southern California, we can discuss meeting in person. Elsewhere, we can provide mail-in instructions after reviewing your information.

Please do not clean the coins.

Cleaning, polishing, or using chemicals can damage a coin’s surface. Leave everything exactly as you found it.

  • Use good natural light
  • Photograph the front and back
  • Include close-ups of dates and mint marks
  • Show the entire box, album, or container
  • Include an approximate count or weight

Important Shipping Notice

The sender is responsible for the package and its contents until tracking confirms delivery to the address we provide. We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay while a package is in transit. Shipping does not require you to accept an offer.

Never send coins without first receiving our written instructions.

After verification

Clear Review. Clear Choice.

After the coins are physically received and verified, we may make an offer. You decide whether to accept it.

If an offer is accepted, available payment methods may include Zelle, Venmo, or check, as agreed in writing. Payment timing and any return-shipping terms will be confirmed before you mail anything.

Common Questions

Do I need to know what my coins are worth?

No. Send clear pictures and basic information. We will tell you whether we need additional photos or a closer inspection.

Can you give me a value from pictures?

Pictures help with an initial review, but they may not show condition, authenticity, weight, or metal content. Any photo-based estimate is preliminary. A final offer requires physical inspection and verification.

Do you buy collections from estates?

Yes. We review inherited coin collections and estate holdings. If the estate includes a home and other property, ask about our broader estate-assistance service.

What happens if I do not accept the offer?

There is no obligation to accept. If you mailed items, return arrangements and any applicable shipping costs will follow the written terms agreed to before shipment.

How will I be paid?

After verification and written acceptance of an offer, payment may be made by Zelle, Venmo, or check, depending on the transaction and the agreed terms.
